I’ll assume we are all aware balloons have disastrous effects on wildlife and our ecosystem. “Environmentally friendly” balloons are on the market with mixed results as to their true “friendliness”.
April 9, 2018 Block Island banned ANY TYPE of balloon from being sold or used.
